In-house vs. VRS: What you actually have to manage
An in-house hourly rate covers labor only; hiring, training, coaching, dialer management, QA, payroll coordination, and performance management still sit with your team. VRS combines the caller with support for every item below.

The essentials on scope, commitment, billing, setup, and data.
What is VRS?
VRS, or Vanguard REI Solutions, is a managed cold-calling and lead-generation service. We place trained callers on your list 45 hours a week and handle the dialer setup, coaching, quality control, and performance reporting.
Who are we?
We are an outbound-sales team that hires, trains, coaches, and audits cold callers for real estate and other lead-driven businesses. Our role is to keep the calling operation consistent so your team can focus on appointments and closing opportunities.
How do I get started?
Book a 30-minute discovery call with Tony or send us your details through the contact form. We’ll review your target market, list, and goals, recommend the right number of callers, and outline the setup and next steps.
What is included with each caller?
Every plan includes 45 hours per week per caller, 9 hours per day Monday through Friday, native/fluent experienced callers, dialer setup and maintenance, quality control and auditing, and weekly and monthly performance reports. Pro also includes a personal CSM. Teams includes a personal CSM and dialer access.
Is there a minimum commitment?
There is no long-term lock-in beyond the biweekly service cycle. However, cancellation requires two weeks’ notice.
What is your billing and cancellation policy?
Billing runs on a biweekly cycle. If you decide to cancel, we require two weeks’ notice. Then, the initial deposit covers the final two weeks of service, and billing stops when the cancellation notice is received.
How does setup and lead generation work?
- We define the ideal buy box, property types, owner types, and target market.
- Next, we source and prepare the homeowner list, including DNC scrubbing and skip tracing.
- After that, our callers contact and qualify homeowners using professional call-center tools.
- Finally, qualified leads are delivered through Google Sheets, your CRM, or an agreed automation.
How is data and list handling billed?
Data is separate and billed at cost with no markup. You’ll receive the exact figure before anything starts, and you may supply your own list instead.
